How It Works

1. Book your Telehealth Visit online HERE. Please note: your credit card information will be collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment but WILL NOT be charged until after your visit

2. Complete your intake forms. They will be emailed to you as soon as you book your appointment. Please take the time to complete these prior to your appointment so we can dive right in.

3. You will receive a link to join in your appointment reminder email and can join using either a laptop or a desktop computer. *Note: Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers work best with this platform.

4. Please arrive to your appointment a few minutes early, dressed comfortably and with space to move close by. A yoga mat will serve you well!

5. I’ll meet you on the secure online platform for our private 1:1 appointment.

6. Following your appointment, I will summarize the goals and treatment plan you agree on, assist you with booking your follow-up sessions, and send you your homework through a secure online portal.

To ensure you have a great appointment, please ensure the following:

  • You have your camera set up in a location that allows you to move around and still be seen.

  • You have clear audio — you may want to consider using earbuds for clearer sound (not necessary).

  • Have a private space free of distraction so you can focus on what you need.

  • Make sure no one else in the house is streaming online, as this will slow down our connection. Check your internet connection at fast.com. You will need a result of 15Mbps or higher for best quality. If the speed is slow, we can still do an audio-only appointment.

  • “I was surprised at how much we could accomplish with telehealth visits! Mandi is somehow able to express physical ideas with words and translate them in such a way that I could reproduce actions in my own body. ”

Telehealth FAQs

  • Anyone who lives in Washington state or Oregon and has access to a computer, a quiet room, and the internet!

  • I can treat most conditions that I would see in the clinic otherwise, including urinary incontinence or urgency, bowel concerns, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, hip/back/SIJ pain, pregnancy-related pain or incontinence, labor & delivery preparation, and postpartum recovery.

  • I provide thorough education about anatomy and your condition, exercise instruction, posture, body mechanics, and self-care such as self-massage and stretching. I can teach yoga and create an individualized asana (posture) sequence, or teach guided meditation.

  • I do not have a relationship with any insurance company, thus am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider. If you have OON benefits, your insurance might reimburse part of your treatment costs, and I can provide you with the appropriate paperwork to do that.
