Hello, I’m Megan (she/her)

I consider myself an "orthopelvic" PT. I specialize in helping pregnant and postpartum athletes navigate pregnancy and postpartum while maintaining pelvic health. I empower my clients to continue doing the activities they love as they transition into a new season of life. I have a passion for helping runners recover and rebuild strength so they can return to running symptom-free postpartum. I have been a PT for 13 years and started specializing in pregnancy and postpartum about 5 years ago. I have my certification in Obstetric PT and my Coaching Certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism. I am grateful to be a small part of my clients' journey.

  • "Megan made me feel comfortable and safe on a day I was very anxious about what PFPT would be like.

Every step was thoroughly explained and she held space for all my questions, never once cutting me off or rushing me through what I was saying.”

  • I feel SO much more in control of my body

“I think that you are changing the world, as well. Giving the gift of knowledge and power to women to take back their bodies! I don't know why I haven't told you this yet, but...your workshop was LIFE CHANGING! I never had issues with incontinence, but frequent urges and nighttime urges were controlling my life, way more than I was even aware! Breastfeeding absolutely trained my body to void frequently at night. Then my job was reinforcing. I was "Just in Case Peeing" ALL DAY LONG in between cases. I feel SO much more in control of my body, and...I don't get up to pee at night anymore!!! Huge!”

  • "I truly couldn’t have had a better experience during pregnancy and postpartum.

Not only were our sessions helpful for understanding and supporting my pelvic floor through all the changes during this time, but I feel like the awareness has had a lasting, empowering impact on how I approach visits with my gyno/etc.”

  • "I had a wonderful experience!

I appreciate that she offers a one time post partum check in, it made the entry to pelvic floor PT feel more manageable to me.”
