Hello, I’m Mandi (she/her)

I am a board-certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist dedicated to working collaboratively with you to help you live your healthiest, fullest life. Whether that means caring for your family, hiking in the woods, or enjoying intimacy with your partner, my goal is to support you in doing the things you love—without limitations.

My passion lies in supporting individuals through all stages of the childbearing years, from those navigating pelvic pain or fertility challenges, through pregnancy and the fourth trimester, and into the wisdom of peri- and post-menopause. I believe each stage of life brings its own unique gifts and challenges, and I strive to honor the cyclical nature of life while empowering you to move through each phase with grace and ease.

In my practice, I integrate the evidence-based training I received in Western medicine with a holistic and intuitive approach developed through thousands of hours working with individuals. I also incorporate Holistic Pelvic Care™, a method focused on addressing both the physical and energetic imbalances in the pelvic region. You can learn more about this approach at wildfeminine.com.

As a white, cis-gender, queer woman who is able-bodied and straight-sized, I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive space for people of all races, genders, and abilities. Body size or weight is never a focus in my clinic, and you will never be told that your body size is the cause of your symptoms. My practice is built on respect, care, and compassion for all bodies.

I acknowledge that we live, work, and gather on the traditional lands of the Puyallup and Coast Salish peoples, who have stewarded this land for generations. I honor their enduring presence and resilience, and I am committed to fostering an environment of respect, learning, and community. In this space, I strive to cultivate an actively anti-racist and brave space, where healing and growth are accessible to all.
